The wedding of Xiaoxue and Alexander in Cambridge,UK

At the beginning of September 2019 I have been contacted by Xiaoxue to ask me if I were available for their upcoming wedding in Cambridge, UK. She saw the wedding photographs I did for one of her friends (Francesca & Matteo). Xiaoxue did really loved my style and my documentary approach in wedding photography.
In October 2019 I’ve flew from Italy to Cambridge, UK to capture the best memories of Xiaoxue and Alexander wedding day. I was super honored to be chosen as their wedding photographer for such a lovely and intimate day.

The day before the wedding I’ve got the chance to visit Cambridge enjoying the wonderful ambiance so different from Italy. It was nice to do it so before the wedding day.

On the morning of the wedding it was the typical english weather: cloudy and rainy. I was super excited and once I reached the rooms where Xiaoxue and her family was for the getting ready.
Alexander preparations has been followed by my dear friend Emil Boczek (https://www.emilboczek.com) as he and me speak the same “photographic language” with documentary approach I asked him to be my second photographer.

The ceremony was in St John the Evangelist’s Church (https://www.stjohntheevangelistcambridge.org) in Cambridge and then the venue was the prestigious King’s college of Cambridge (https://www.kings.cam.ac.uk) in the intimate beves room.
Xiaoxue after their welcome drink went to the near Hilton Hotel (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/stnhchi-hilton-cambridge-city-centre/) to change her dress with the typical chinese ceremonial vest.
